SALES CONDITIONS.

The sale of the goods related to this offer is covered by the legislation in force. For every more exhaustive inspection of the offer, we invite you to examine the following norm: Directive on Consumer Rights 2011/83/EU.

The values reported on our website have to be considered as "prices per product unit", including VAT, except for different specifications. These prices may vary without previous notice.

We generally consider our product transfers as "by piece" and without fraction for nature and certainly faithful to the images of Nerone's website in which they are represented.

It is possible for our customers, to purchase custom and/or made to measure products, according to their own taste, but meeting our quality parameters.

In that circumstance, it won't be possible to recede the sale contract of the good.

Once the order has been confirmed, the transfer value won't vary and will coincide to the price agreed with our Sales Managers.

All products, after your purchasing confirmation, will be available to you in our stores. At your discretion and upon specific request, they will be shipped with no charge (on national territory), by armored courier, if necessary, where indicated by you.

We specify that, during transportation, our goods are always completely covered by warranty to ensure that your risk will be null.

Within three working days from the receipt of the order, we will verify the actual availability of the ordered good.

In case of actual unavailability (i.e.: goods produced in limited numbers are depleted) we will refund you the amount you paid and the sale contract will terminate automatically with the mutual waiver of any other claim.

For online purchases with delivery by courier service the method of payment is the anticipated bank transfer.

DELIVERY OF THE GOOD

The purchased good will be delivered within no more than 15 days.

In case of proven force majeure (due to the Head Office if the watches are not available in the stock) the delivery will be within 30 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The customer has the right of withdrawal as provided for by the norm in force. The deadline to take advantage of this right is ten days from the products delivery date.

Before that date, the client must send a registered letter to: Nerone SRL, Ponte Vetero 1, 20121 Milano.

Along with the registered letter, the customer must return the products in the same conditions in which he/she has received them to the same address indicated in the registered letter, at his/her own expenses, by courier or any other mode of transportation and arranging an adequate packaging to guarantee the product's integrity. Within ten days from the delivery of the registered letter and the goods, it will be our concern to refund the customer with bank transfer for the expenses sustained for the purchase.

ATTENTION: IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL THE COSTS OF CARETAKING AND DELIVERY (2% OF THE PURCHASED GOOD’S VALUE) WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.

ATTENTION: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS DENIED IF THE SEAL OF WARRANTY IS BROKEN.

ATTENTION: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS DENIED IN CASE OF MADE TO MEASURE OR SPECIFICALLY ORDERED FOR THE CUSTOMER GOODS.

Note: To sell items in other EU states it is necessary to join the VIES (Vat Information Exchange System) database.

Warranty for “secondo polso” watches

Nerone warranty does not cover:

flaws appeared beyond the end of the warranty (1 year) or after the delivery of the good;

damages due to negligent or careless use, wrong installation or maintenance, incorrect storage, maintenance or technical interventions done by unauthorized staff; damages in transit, corrosion or products with modified or deleted serial number.

For example the Warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damages of the product as scratches, dents, incisions or notches and other flaws due to impacts and/or falls:

Damages caused by a modification or an alteration of the product;

Flaws due to accidents.

The Warranty does not cover maintenance and periodic checks.

The possible breaking of the SECURITY SEALS or the tampering of the product implies the exhaustion of the right of withdrawal.

Nerone Warranty does not cover possible differences in colors, materials or appearance with the pictures shown in the advertisements, the catalogues or on the Internet, that have not been claimed during the delivery of the product.
